Main Purpose of Job

Responsible for the people agenda within a specific unit by implementing the people plan. Regarded by the unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR. To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit


Performance & Talent Management: Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. Support the talent review/calibration in customer unit, to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. Implement customer unit succession planning / talent management plans that support business goals. Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. Coaches others to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” principles/policies/strategies


Employee Engagement: Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices)
• Manage and check the employee requisition form from all of department.
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Handel the Job Net website to screening CV form by candidates.
• Manage the vacancies announcement and interview schedule.
• Conduct greeting arrangement of new employees with management.
• Provide support to the compensation and benefits team.
* Ensure to comply with internal policies when issuing the HR related documents such as offer, permanent, promotion blacklist and resign.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree (with Certificate or Dip HRM preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Keep confidential and adhere to high HR professional standard.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Must be good in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Good communication skills, Interpersonal skill, problem solving skills, time management.
• Can do attitude, Proactive, initiative, good analytical.
• Desire to work as a team with results driven approach.
