• Design, Implement and lead an organization’s HR programs and policies related to compensation, benefits, safety, performance, attendance.
• Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action and performance improvement counselling.
• Conduct employee orientation
• Analyse compensation and other competitive data and prepare budgets
• Support payroll by collecting time and attendance records
• Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
• Working towards better processes and propose improvement in internal HR processes to increase employee satisfaction
• Assess morale level, collect feedback and assist in maintaining a positive working environment.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Experience Required: 3-5 Years in Human Resource Manager Role.
• Travel requirements: up to 25% of the time.
• Outstanding speaking and writing skills, ability to work under pressure
• Strong work ethics, trustworthiness, self-confidence
