Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Create and manage employer branding guidelines for all employee-related activities, including all employee-related communications, both internally and externally (the entire employee life cycle).
  • Develop strategies to improve engagement, and manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
  • Work with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication plans/activities. The content will be related to employee experience, company culture, diversity, perks, and recruiting.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to increase retention and advocacy among employees, as well as running talent attraction campaigns.
  • Apply best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media and communications to HR.
  • Responsible for managing Employer Branding budget, including reporting and reconciliation
  • Manage vendors effectively and ensure the services provided are delivered on time and to the expected standards.
  • Collaborate with ATOM’s corporate communication team for managing seasonal events, campaigns, and applicable internal events.
  • Lead internal social club formed with employees from cross-functional teams to design and deliver the concepts/activities of promoting ATOM’s values, behaviours and brand spirit.
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Create, uncover, and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in running employer branding initiatives.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities.
  • Self-driven in a fast-paced Employer Brand environment with the ability to take own initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and Microsoft Office mastery are essential. 
  • Skills to manage the accounting data accurately and ethically is a must. Understand general accounting principles, manage advanced cash effectively, mathematical comprehension and data analysis.
  • Soft skills such as attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Good and effective communication skills.
  • Conversant in English communication including verbal and written.
  • Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working.
