A Great Opportunity for ...

Act as the key interface with a designated business unit to provide the full spectrum of HR services from operational services to strategic HR support and direction
– Provide day to day HR services and supports to the business include and not limited to staff recruitment and selection, people management procedure, payroll process, labor relation and people development plan.
– Develop and implement the key organization development initiatives
– Ensure the HR processes are set up and work efficiently so that all HR systems are registered correctly and accordingly to the local legislation regarding the rules and standards.

Job Requirements

– A degree holder preferably in HRM or related discipline
– 5 years’ experience in human resources or related functions with 2 years’ experience in management position
– Equip with a thorough understanding of local employment practice and related legislation and labor laws in Myanmar
– Proactive, pragmatic, with high levels of energy
– Strong relationship building abilities and good communications skills at all levels
– Good command in both written and spoken English and local language
