• To cover all HR Administration ; recruitment & selection, hiring & firing, compensation & benefits, performance management, attendance & leave, payroll management, adherence to Employee Policy and development & training ,etc.• To supervise and coach the HR staffs• To make good relation with internal customers (employees and employer) and external environment (stakeholders)• To lead HR Team and set internal working procedures• To conduct personal income tax for all the employees and preparing for the final taxation • Supervise to have systematic record keeping and personal data control • To support and report to Management in term of human resources issues.• To provide HR information to all HODs• To support information concerning with Strategic HRM and HR Policy in accordance with Labor Law..
