- ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ လစာေရးဆြဲႏိုင္ရမည္။ (ERP Software အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။)
- Labour Law အေၾကာင္းနားလည္တတ္ကၽြမ္းရမည္။ Income Tax တြက္ခ်က္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Department တစ္ခုႏွင့္တစ္ခု အဆင္ေျပေခ်ာ့ေမြ႕စြာ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ဆက္သြယ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Annual fee, Monthly fee တို႔ကို အေၾကာင္းအရာရွိလွ်င္လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Petty Cash

- တကၠသိုလ္မွဘြဲ႕တစ္ခုခုရရွိရမည္။ HR ပိုင္းႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ Certificate တစ္ခုခုရရွိၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- HR ပိုင္းတြင္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး(၃)ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Management ပိုင္းတြင္စိတ္၀င္စားၿပီး ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာလုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ၀န္ထမ္းအခ်င္းခ်င္းေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံေရး ေကာင္းမြန္ေျပျပစ္ရမည္။ Team Work ျဖင့္လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
