Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting through applications
• Stay up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Assist payroll and benefits programs
• Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances
• Prepare communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company
• Handle the employee database well  
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior depend on the urgent and important needs
• Prepare and present HR-related reports and data

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree holder with Diploma in HR/Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in HR background
• Passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the current recruitment landscape
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiar with using HRIS system and strong analytical skills
• Understand of HR policies and procedures
• Understand Myanmar labor law, SSB Law and PIT
• Able to type Myanmar font (Unicode)
• Able to work under pressure and must be result oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
