Job Description

• Develops collaborative relationships with internal customers
• Drives service quality is accountable to his/her direct superior for his/her performance
• Provides support and coordination to peers
• Understands and meets set objectives
 Works closely with departments to assist line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures
 Recruits staff; including facilitating the development of job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
 Analyzes training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
 Plans and as required, delivers training, including inductions for new staff
 Advises line managers on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
 Undertakes regular salary reviews
 Negotiates with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and working conditions
 Administers payroll and maintains employee records
 Interprets and advises on employment legislation
 Listens to grievances and facilitates or implements disciplinary procedures
 Develops - with line managers, HR planning strategies, which considers immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels
 Plans and assists in separation exercises
 Assists in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
 No supervisory role, but may provide professional guidance/directions or training to other employees
 Works independently and receives guidance only on unusually complex problems or issues
 Involved in periodic reviews of output by superiors and internal customers

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate, HRM certificate or Diploma holder preferable
• Male or Female
• Minimum 3 year experiences in related field
• Advanced MS office skills, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, service oriented and organization skills
• Ability to initiatives and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks
• Strong sense of confidentiality and maturity in handling highly sensitive information
• Initiative driven, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrates knowledge of current HR practices
