* Installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, software,systems, networks, printers and strengthening the IT infrastructure by implementing IT strategy
* Evaluate, source, purchase, initial set-up and maintenance of devices, IT assets, services and licenses– computer and servers, printers, network, firewall, VPN, IPABX, CCTV, Access Control, conferencing system, internet, cloud, etc.
* Administration of IT services – users accounts, accessibility, licenses
* Helpdesk services to support the requests or fix/ troubleshoot the incidents/user errors
* Maintain asset records of hardware, software and licenses
* Manage and support various IT supports in computer systems, applications for the staffs in main office and all branches
* SAP system set-up, users’ support, maintenance and improvements
* Develop, design and generate reports as required
* Maintaining, developing and implementing IT policy, IT Documentation and best practice guide for the organization
* Lead the team to improve the office working environment by providing smooth IT/ IS system to the staffs
* Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network
* Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
* Strong knowledge and experience in supporting business IT Infrastructure ( Routes, Switches, Firewalls, Linux Server , Microsoft Windows Server )
* Excellent knowledge and experience in supporting business end-user IT Infrastructure (Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Antivirus Software )
* Good Knowledge of Documentation about IT
* Experience in SAP system
* Good experiences in backup system and security
* Minimum 3 years experience in Leadership position
* Good command of English
* Have team-work approach working attitude
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work in Hlaing Tha Yar Industrial Zone
