1) Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners and strengthening the IT infrastructure by implementing new technologies.
2) Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
3) Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems.
4) Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
5) Repairing IT related equipment replacing parts or suggest for outside repairing service if required.
6) Maintaining all information data of system, backed up and stored in a safety place and easy to recover in any emergency case.
7) Supervising technical staff and managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
8) Monitoring system-processing activities by observing computer console and peripherals.
9) Performing local and remote testing on equipment, including running computer programs to diagnose faults.
10) Collect error messages form end-user and troubleshooting as necessary and report to supervisor accordingly.

1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science or BE(IT).
2) MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP. MTCNA, MTCWE, MTCRE are must.
3) SQL Server 2000 and 2005(Maintenance, Repair and Script)
4) Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
5) Experience in networking technologies and network firewalls and network security system and Database System and Programing is must.
