An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Give on-site level 1 support to internal customer (employee)
• Install drivers, software and update on client computers
• Troubleshoot on-site for hardware malfunction, network connection and application error
• Implement LAN and Wireless Access Point at office, roadshow and ad-hoc site
• Setup email accounts, teams, skype, sharepoint on mobile and computer
• Setup meeting room display, video conferencing and conference call
• Train users on basic IT usage and security protocol
• Escalate issue as per priority level and escalation procedure
• Basic Network and System troubleshooting

Job Requirements

• IT or Computer Degree Graduate at least 2 years of overall experience in IT
• discipline, Network support preferably within Multinational Organization
• IT service management, preferably with working experience using helpdesk ticket
• system
• IT operational support (infrastructure, business applications, PABX, backup)
• Independent provisioning and configuration of workstations, telephones, mobile
• devices and collaboration equipment
• Install and configure windows software, hardware drivers, system patches, etc.
• Know how to write technical documentation
