A. Required Skills
- Perform the role equivalent to Legal Counsel.
* Draft and finalize legal documents including agreements, contracts and internal regulations aligned with domestic/overseas laws and regulations.
* Negotiate contract-based legal matters with and corporate executives, business partners, content creators, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
* Familiar with the following laws and policies of Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
 Myanmar Companies Act, Myanmar Company Rules, Copyright and Contract Law.
 Legal matters related to tax and import custom duty.
 Business-related government policies(especially on auto industry).
- Proficiency in legal documenting
* Efficiently process contract documents based on negotiations by required deadline.
* Respond immediately to urgent contracts negotiations.
- Manage to process regular internal reports.
- Coordinate execution of contracts/agreements and support external communications.
- Other related tasks and duties as assigned.
B. Preferred Skills
- Sufficient knowledge and work experience in following automobile-related laws and business.
* Auto-related Tax Law(for CBU, CKD, SKD etc.) and Car Registration Regulations
* Auto-related policies from MOC, MIC, MOI, RTA, IRD, customs etc.
* NBFI(Non-Bank Financial Institution) related to auto-financing

- Male or Female
- LLB / LLM with equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years related work experience.
- Familiarity with legal contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent oral and written legal communication skills.
- Ability to co-work with cross-functional teams and management levels.
- Flexibility with active and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn skills.
- English Skill: Proficient level preferred(verbal and written).
