DUTIES OF THE LEGAL ASSISTANT

The Legal Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing support to the Legal Manager.


• Keep organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database
• Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary and company contracts
• Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
• Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
• Coordinate with the Government Office and prepare documents relate with Government contracts

EXPERTISE

• Good Excel and Power Point skills
• Good level of English
