Job Descriptions

• Administer to perform legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the organization
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Provide legal expertise to support successful commercialization of new products
• Provide necessary information on legal language or specifications to other internal stakeholders within the organization
• Keep track of changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment in order to take appropriate action
• Monitor and record all the confidential documents

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law or other forms of relevant education or background
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in law firm or cooperate environment.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of cooperate, factory & manufacturing legislation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese preferable
