-Provide inspired leadership for the agent network team.
-Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
-Recruit when necessary.
-Cash-flow management (Cash collect from agents with agent network team members). Credit emoney on every ongo agents.
-Control Ananda products selling by ongo agents.
-Agents performances assessment,management and agents number increase.
-Manage man powers when payrolls operations.
-Agents expansion at other cities and recruiting.
-Early Dawn Disbursements .
-Ongo signboard installations.
-Training on others clients (eg.,Oway,Rent2Own,MFIL,Early Dawn)
-Report to Head of Operation all about it.

Job Requirements

- Organization, money transfer service, FMCG distributor or mobile money venture. Business development experience is a plus.
- Degree holder with background in management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Burmese
- Ability to work extended hours and travel within Myanmar.
- The ideal candidate is an organized, energetic young manager with a record of achieving results.
