Job Description

Responsible for planning and directing KBZ Trust business product and service offerings. Collaborate with the internal and External stakeholder to develop and implement creative solutions that meet the demands of the client, promoting long-term growth and improving client acquisition and retention. Oversee the design and development of Trust products and lead the analysis of customer data to maximize revenue while maintaining.

  • Supports the Head of Trust by assisting with various projects and strategy development.
  • Develops and maintains Trust-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Initiates business planning and strategies for the Trust Business Unit’s growth.
  • Deliver project management and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other Business Units & Functions.
  • Identifies customer needs, initiates action, and follows up to meet customer expectations.
  • Drive and develop detailed project development plans, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new products / existing products enhancements.
  • Implementing sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually).
  • Establishing, Maintaining and expanding customer base by the product wide.
  • Managing the BD team's performance and providing regular feedback to HOD. 
  • Delivers comprehensive product and service knowledge sharing training to internal employees. 
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and government to expand the bank's footprint within the public sector, fostering customer base expansion.
  • Collaborates with the MarComms Function (Marketing) to ensure consistency in branding guidelines, templates, and reports.
  • Manages marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition and product and service promotions.
  • Have good common sense, good logic and problem-solving skills Trustworthy and good team player.
  • Very energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development of banking.
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong Knowledge of retail banking sales, product & service
  • Required language proficiency (Myanmar, English)
