Job Description

-Ensuring products are delivered on time, on a budget, and on quality.
- Leading and coordinating internally with other department heads of the factory to
ensure smooth operations
- Planning, monitoring, and analyzing production processes and output. Re-planning
required if there are any problems.
- Liaising and building relations with the clients and the buyers, to update on current
production status, and to get future production orders.

Job Requirements

- Have excellent planning and management skills
- Be a very good communicator
- Have at least 3 years experiences
- Be able to use computer and mobile, and is tech-friendly
-Be able to work in high-pressure environment and long-hours if necessary
- Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
-Be able to take up responsibility and ownership at work
- Have a leader and team-work oriented mindset
-at least sale & marketing knowledge
-Able to travel and work out of Yangon City
- Age between 30 and 45 years old
