Position Title : Program Manager

About the Project
To implement a Childhood to Livelihood (C2L) programme in township, Yangon Region.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management, Strategy Development and Implementation
Oversee the design and implementation of an ambitious portfolio of high-quality and well managed program in Myanmar
As a member of the Senior Management Team, make a leading contribution to the overall strategy and organisational development of Program and strengthen co- ordination and collaboration within and across the teams and build team spirit and morale.
Ensure that all the program activities are in line with Program’s strategy
Review and where necessary evolve approach to working with partners
Oversee the implementation of program by the team, provide feedback, advice and directions as appropriate and ensure that the quality standards are met
Establish and roll-out the most effective way to measure and articulate program impact across the program

Funds Management and Stakeholders Relations
Represent Program on key donor/partner and all stakeholders’ relationships
Lead, manage and motivate all direct reports, ensuring that the program team is guided by and fully compliant with the Performance Management System to contribute towards a functional, effective and respected organisation
Ensure that all major funds are well managed and reported, attaining the objectives
and implemented within agreed budgets and timelines
Ensure that all the local offices comply with and contribute to an efficient funds
management system across the organisation, covering the entire funds cycle

Qualifications and Experiences:
• Master degree in Management / Social Work / any other Social Sciences / Physical Education / Sports
• 5+ years in the social sector out of which 3~5 years must have been in a similar leadership role. Proven track record of performance in similar role and stability on the previous roles shall be the added advantage.
• Experience in managing large teams, dealing with external bodies, like government,
academics, corporate research bodies etc.
