Our Company is looking for candidates for the position of Project Manager/ Construction Manager. Projects involved are Commercial/ building projects.

Responsibilities
-Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
-Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to a planned schedule.
-Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works.
-Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
-Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environmental control measures.
-Tender in Building Projects.
-Method Statement.
-Technical Submission.
-Evaluation.

Job Requirements

Requirements
-Minimum 6 years of working experience in construction industry.
-Experience in commercial, Building Projects.
-Posses good leadership and organizing abilities.
-Possess engineering degree recognized by MEC.
-Able to work independently and under pressure.
-Able to stay and work at Thilawa Special Economic Zone of Thanlyin.
-Provide accommodation, transport and meal.
-working time: 7 am to 5:30 pm due to site requirement.
-6 days a week.
-14 days annual leave and 14 days/annual sick leave.
