Job Description
· Develop project execution strategies, plans, scope, goals and deliverables
· Manage project changes, budgets, qualities, timelines and schedule, technical specification, labor requirements and materials requirements
· Prepare, review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
· Chair the Contractor progress meetings in order to track the progress and pre-solve the issues might encounter in future
· Liaise with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
· Direct the implementation and inspection of health, safety, environmental policies and ensure that all projects fully comply with all applicable regional HSE regulations
· Project evaluations and assessment of results
· Monitor and drive the progress of work and negotiate with relevant stakeholders to meet targeted project performance measures and milestones
· Drive investigation of damage, accidents, waste or delays at construction sites, and ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
· Report to the Project Director

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent
· Diploma/Certificate in Project Management advantageous
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management and construction (recent local experience is preferred)
· Previous projects should include high rise, mix-used development and industrial projects
· Experience dealing with local authorities is highly appreciated
· Understand local building codes and authorities' requirements
· Independent and able to liaise with Client/ Consultants/ Government Agencies / Contractors / Sub-Contractors / Suppliers
· Knowledge in Programming & Scheduling, Risk Management, Environment Health and Safety Plan and ISO documentation
· Good communication and leadership skills.
· Proficient in English language
· Is flexible and adapts based on the company's changing needs
· Creative person with the ability to handle new and unique projects
