Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

General Purpose of the Position - To assist Senior PM/ Head of Department in managing development projects, tendering & contracting, scheduling, QAQC & HSE, reviewing drawings, monitoring construction progress, reporting, document controlling and consultants & contractors management.

Main Accountabilities -
• First point of contact for issues related to the projects.
• To manage development projects, cost, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
• To identify possible project risks, recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions as appropriate.
• To track the consultant’s design works, drawing issuance, contractor’s submission, Request for Approval (RFA), Request for Information (RFI), Method Statement,
Shop- drawings, reports and etc.
• To coordinate between owner, consultants and contractors.
• Control the quality of drawings, materials and workmanship
• Preparation of weekly/monthly report.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan & schedule changes and contractor’s claim & VO.
• Review, evaluate and verify BoQ & cost proposals from contractors and initiate value engineering and optimization when necessary.
• Other administrative duties assigned by above.

Job Requirements

Education / Qualifications - Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge • Preferably Professional specialized in Engineering – Civil/ Construction/ Structural/ M&E/Quantity Survey.
• Project scheduling.
• Contract management.
• Building/ Infrastructure construction Experience Minimum 8 years.
• Direct experience in project management capacity.
• PMs with mixture of site and design experience are welcome Skills and personal qualities.
• English competency both in verbal and writing.
• Project management & scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, Excel and etc.)
• IT skills: MS Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Responsible, proactive and hands-on with good communication skills.
• Sharp and able to show great attention to details.
