Responsiblities
D• Be a Program Manager to manage, provide visibility and being Single Point of Contact to all stakeholders in terms of scope, schedule, project progress, business operation, quality, and other important success factors.
• Drive the overall/cross-function to collaboration, engagement to ensure end-to-end coverage for each project/program
• Ensure the detailed project plan, report, escalation, risk mitigation & management, issue resolution process, communication to stakeholder are set up/developed for all project
• Provide templates, guidance, tools to optimize project scope, time, and budget of the project
• Understand Business Goals and Business Requirements, be able to translate and communicate Business Goals, requirements and Product Vision to all stakeholders. Be able to challenge business assumptions and MVP
• Risks and Dependencies are clearly identified and managed with effective prepared and implemented mitigation and contingency plans
• Responsible for understanding and complying agreed Product Delivery Framework, drive Maturity Model for End-to-End teams to practice with discipline and find improvement according to the team’s nature
• Drive the reporting and metrics on health, status, and quality of the Projects and display on Project Dashboard
• Drive the tasks and actions actively to close all the gaps/obstacles that impact to the projects/end-to-end squad teams
• Drive ‘Sense of Urgency’, ‘Accountability’ and ‘Ownership’ across all functional groups
• Be able to coach and build strong Country Project Manager Team
• Preferably PMP certified.
Job Requirements
Required experience and skill
5 or more years of experience in project management
Must have strong, effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Project Management Professional certificate is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Good English language speaker is preferable
Understanding of the Financial sector
