Job Description

• Plan and implement projects ( strategic and planning)
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverable ( action plan with timeline and PIC)
• Define tasks and required resources ( delegate among team members)
• Manage budget ( Monthly budget)
• Allocate project resources ( collaboration with software development)
• Create schedule and project timeline ( set target for every job scope)
• Track deliverable ( result oriented)
• Support and direct team ( management and team spirit)
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project
• Find new merchants/ new business opportunities
• Set Sales target and achievement of sales target
• Prepare Marketing Plan and Promotion Plan
• Revenue Vs Investment valuation
• Brand engagement and Active users target achievement

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate (preferable from Agricultural or Engineering)
• At least 3 year experience with Project Manager Position.
• Fluent in English (4 Skills), Good in MS (word, excel, power point)
• Networking and inter-personal skills, Problems Solving Skill, Negotiation skills
• Understanding KPI & Strategy Map knowledge
