Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• ON SITE PRESENCE -Account Management - To provide onsite present and focal point for the consultancy focusing on Customer Care, House keeping and Engineering matters.
• OPERATING PROCEDURES Review - Present a report quarter Review all operating procedures and performance in line .
• REPORTING - Submit brief monthly to Senior Management. Including performance of operations, recommendations, scheduled and training completed and forward training plan and inspection feedback.
• BUILDING INSPECTIONS COMMON AREA - Conduct or coordinate weekly regular inspections of the building and plant rooms to ensure that the required standard of presentation, repairs and operations are being maintained.
• UNIT INSPECTIONS - Coordinate or carry out inspections and interviews with occupiers on selected units review condition of services and property management support. 5 Per Month. Subject to units being presented each month In advance by the Property Management
• HANDING OVER AND DESIGN REVIEW FEEDBACK - Working with the main contractors review the handover procedures and quality of work carrying out random checks on monthly basis
• TRAINING - Develop, run and coordinate bespoke training program to include, Induction Customer Care, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Health and Safety. This will be 1 day (8 hours) week. Subject to availability for staff presented by Property Management.
• CUSTOMER CARE CLIENT/OCCUPIER RELATIONS - Maintain close contact with senior management to ensure overall satisfaction with the premises and the management service provided by Colliers.
• SERVICE CHARGES and FEES - Review Service charge modelling and provide templates and input for the Office, Retail, Quarterly review
• EMERGENCY PROCEDURES - Review and propose improvements to all emergency procedures in the building including conducting and supervision of trial/fire evacuation.

Job Requirements

• At least 5-10 years’ experience in commercial mixed use property management;
• Excellent English verbal and written and communication skills;
• Able to interact with a wide range of clients, personnel and their demands;
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities;
• Demonstrated management experience with continuous improvement;

• Having knowledge of occupational safety requirements;
• Diplomacy and client interaction skills
• Understanding of building operations, defect spotting
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Pro-active management style.
• Ability to achieve a win/win outcome for all parties
