• Take responsibility for the entire restaurant and operation and performance
• Effectively identifies restaurant problems through reports and can execute to resolve the same.
• Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback.
• Analyse and plan the sales and shift – including sales, food control and staff control
• Ability to handle customers complaints and queries
• Maintain standards of operation Manual and , hygiene and safety
• Coaches team on how to exceed Guest expectations.
• Ensures product quality and great service.
• Has effectively managed Team Members
• Provides Management with information regarding client satisfaction and activities of competition
• Prepares monthly report.

Job Requirements

-Any graduate
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Restaurant field
-Willingness to learn new skills and experience
-English four skills (Further languages are highly appreciated (Chinese ..)
-Good computer literacy (MS Office; Word, Excel etc.)
-Good communication skills
-Strong organization skills, able to work under pressure with positive attitude
