•Managing overall client relationships under his/her portfolio.
•Engaging customers (by phone or in person) to increase sales and promote new products,
handle customers complaints and monitors revenue generated for the company.
•Able to respond to customer problems or complaints.
•Understanding the customers’ requirements with good sense and perform assessment for any risk.
•Providing timely advice related to our products to customers from high executive level to junior staff on all matters, including solutions and operational procedures.
•Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of
transactions and speedy response to customer needs.
•Submitting call reports, performing customers’ portfolio analysis, preparing require paper works and other internal reports.
•Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording detail of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
•Must be computer literate and familiar with MS word/ Excel and Power Point
•Adhering strictly to the KPI criteria, goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, accounting, economics or finance) from an accredited university is preferred.
Good understanding and knowledge of various banking products and services.
Fluency in spoken English and good English writing skills required.
Good presentation skills and people skills; team player.
Experience in sales, service, accounting, business, finance (preferred).
Knowledge in retail and wholesale (to be provided from on-the-job training).
