Job Description

- Analyze market trends and familiarize with the competitors in the market
- Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs
- Devise a collaborative team strategy to reach individual and team targets.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved
- Assess the strengths and weakness of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Provide report of sales success and communicate voice of customers data to supervisors

Job Requirements

- Bachelors’ degree in business or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Burmese & English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sale team
- Proficiency in Mandarin & Japanese (advantage)
