DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include essential functions. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform combination of some or all of
the following duties:
- Explore for opportunities and develop a sales strategy to achieve sales target with management team
-Developing new business through networking and cold calling
-Arranging business meetings and following up business leads
- Ensure good understanding of customers' requirements and current market information
-Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
-Responsible for increasing target customer awareness, sales growth as well as increasing market share
through customer acquisition, retention and reactivation
-Maintains a high number of outbound calls to increase number of live conversation
- Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new
opportunities
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
-Drive the growth of company by generating new business opportunities
- Identifies and qualifies new opportunities which provides qualified lead information for company
-Responsible for covering the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Responsible for after sales service to customer during and after service implementation
- Craft each account record to report business leads and make it use for further development for the
company
- Provide feedback from the potential client and ensure appropriate reflection process to amend
academy curriculum and program as necessary
- Work in complete solidarity with Training Department to improve academy program marketability and
profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new
program development
- Form a consensus with other department to implementing and evaluating advertising, appealing, and
marketing activities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
- Attending industry events
- Supporting the company’s internal events
- Collect customer feedback and prospect that assist in future program/campaign creation in order to
generate best results
- Work across organizational boundaries and with multiple functional groups

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE OF:
Wide knowledge in IT, Business management, Business administration.
Bachelor Degree in IT

SKILL IN:
Microsoft Office, Phone, Interview, Interpersonal & Communication, Confidentiality
ABILITY TO:
Take action, Being go-getter, Optimistic and positive thinking, persuasive.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
2-year experience in IT preferably in network security, VMware, etc.
1-year experience in business development in high technology environment.
Experience in a Business to Business environment.
COMMUNICATION:
Four skills in English
Must communicate in English with Singapore
Comfortable having business conversation with C-level titles.
