- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers by regular visits, phone calls and customer functions to grow sales and in shop share.- Identify prospective customers through mapping process, promote Jotun retail concept and decorative paints by frequent visits to potential hardware dealers to build up dealer network and increase market share.- Promote decorative products by co-ordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget. Actively promote and educate customers on Jotun products and instil product and technical knowledge to customers.- Co-operate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of items, good customer service and on time collections of overdue account to achieve company goals.- Attend to customer’s enquiry & complaints and provide necessary support to dealers to secure project sales.- Plan and perform daily sales visits and sales activities.- Monitor and follow up with CSD on delivery and ordering.- Establish potential dealers and comply designate new multicolour machine installation.- Maintain good relationship and service with existing dealers & attend customers’ enquiry & complaints.- To organise and perform shop staff training to dealers- To collect overdue accounts on time to reduce DSO to the minimum
- 4 to 6 years of sales experience as executive or senior executive level- Degree or above holder in Sales & Marketing qualification preferred - Fluent in English, strong sale presences, good interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong knowledge in Microsoft office and knowledge in CRM tools
