- Coordinate with own team and DKSH sales and field marketing teams to maximize sales

- Achievement of sales and distribution targets

- Ensuring maximum availability and visibility of product in General trade, modern trade and other channels

- Working extensively in the market to get product feedback and competitive information

- Analyzing data, relating to market observations and giving feedback to management on sales and distribution strategies

- Acting as liaison between Nutridor management and field team

- Playing a key role in market activation

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate

- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in related position

- Experience of working in different parts of Myanmar in managerial position

- FMCG sales experience

- Good analytical skills

- Knowledge of MS Excel

- Experience in dairy and juices category

- Exposure to Food Outlet channel

- High Motivation levels

- Good communication, presentation and negotiation and Leadership skills

- Able to travel
