• Monitor continuously SP’s sales and find out way to increase sales at outlets.
• Prepare for Lower Myanmar SP salary are in according with company set guideline.
• Summit in recruitment pummel for getting good sales promoter staff.
• Check SP’s daily sales and outlet feedback to ensure effective working exercise.
• Build relationship with outlet owner for SP deployment outlet to support company business.
• Evaluate SP’s performance in outlet to maintain company reputation.
• Expend market share by new outlets to support with SP for meeting target sales.
• Encourage the Lower Myanmar SP team for SP knowledge to ensure.

Job Requirements

• Any university graduate.
• Preferably Minimum 5 years experiences in commercial.
• Computer literate with MS Office, IT tools and software.
• Good communication skills in English and Myanmar, both written and verbal.
• Able to work in extended hours as required.
• Must have service minded, proven organizational skills, proactive, initiated and motivated.
• Positive working attitude and keen to work to meet dead line.
