Sales Support Engineer Job Scope
Responsibilities

(1) Prepare Quotation, Tech Data, Tech Submission related to pump projects.
(2) Plan and manage the schedule.
(3) Prepare and update drawings in AutoCAD, project schedule and other enquire documents.
(4) Good analytical skills and resourceful.
(5) Attend to site complaint and ensure rectification if require.
(6) Scheduling of material being delivered to the site.
(7) Answer phone call and assist and advise for customer requirements/ Enquiry.
(8) Coordinate and consult with other team members.

Job Requirements

(1) Able to work under pressure and are quick in response to meet the deadline.
(2) Possess a positive attitude.
(3) Willing to work long working hour and weakened, holiday, if required.
