• Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Plan, arrange and manage the schedule of meetings and appointments
• Booking of meeting venues, circulating of meeting invitations, agenda
• Preparing of meeting documents/materials
• Taking of minutes of meeting
• Answer and screen calls and enquiries, and attend to visitors
• Assisting all projects directly concern with chairman.
• Handle of contracts, documents and maintain a good filing system

Job Requirements

• Any graduate in Business/General Management or equivalent.
• Prefer MBA or Business Degree if possible
• Excellent English Four Skills
• Prefer Chinese Language skill
• Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with all people form internal and external environment
• Willingness to travel and work out of office hour
