Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manage channel / customer daily operations and enquires and provide the best solution to optimize Unilever interest.
• Negotiate monthly promotion planning and alignment with both internal customer, external customers and distributors.
• Provide monthly / fortnightly accurate forecasting on stocks and allocations to brand, supply chain and distributor
• Ensure all promotions has high returns on investment to deliver company profitability
• Manage and coordinate with the operations team to ensuring all promotion is perfectly executed in-store in high traffic locations
• Provide monthly competitor analysis and activities
• Coordinate and align with internal customer for monthly activities / campaign execution.
• Outlet visit with a minimum coverage of 5 to 10 stores per week
• Sales Analysis and review performance by Channel, Category, Chain and by Brand
• Deliver additional activities/ work if it’s required from line manager.
• Plan and negotiate with customer to increase visibility and share of shelving for our brands within the total category by store measure.
• Ensure distributor salesmen deliver sales and achieve target as set by Unilever.
• Plan, coordinate and execute Joint Business Planning with key Chains and customers
• Achieving KPI’s as agreed mutually with line manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 3-5 years of sales/ key account management experiences in related field/ FMCG is an advantage
• Basic English communication skill (written and spoken)
• An eye for detail, confident, disciplined, reliable, willing to learn and with a friendly personality
• Able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email
• Able to travel as per business needs
• Priorities set at delivering 110% on job requirement.
