- Establish good relation with customers and try to understand their vehicle problems.
- Handle and manage complaints and irritants with the customers.
- Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time.
- Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.
- Supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance.
- Encourage technicians team to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers.
- Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Able to provide training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel

Job Requirements

- Age 35 years and above
- Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineer or a technical field (Automotive)
- At least (5) years services managerial experiences
- Require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
- Strongly lead service team and work together to accomplish tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Able to travel when necessary
