(The Store Manager is responsible for leading all team members in an efficient and profitable manner. They are responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining standards and conditions and fostering a positive and productive environment.)

***Find sources for suppliers, partners, or other resources as required***

● Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory level, labour, supplies and expenses
● Maintains and utilizes daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual reports with financial tools
● Oversees all cash and media management functions
● Maintains proper loss prevention standards: reviews cash handling procedures, deposits and safe
● Ensures proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs of the business
● Maintains high cleanliness standards consistently throughout the store in areas of appearance, merchandise and equipment
● Identifies staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training needs of qualified candidates. Facilities on-going training and development of current staff
● Monitors, coaches and encourages team members to meet our service standards
● Promotes and practices safe work habits

● 2 years of management experience required (in related industry)
● Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed.
