Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

 Manage the supply, quality and distribution of all procured food and non-food items for Pizza Hut in Myanmar.

 Ensure stable and consistent product and services supply, lowest attainable pricing, and specification-based product quality.

 Support all Supply Chain Management strategies and initiatives.

 Support the development of all menu food items with its knowledge and management of supplier resources, and activities and manpower in procurement.

 Ensure the availability of ingredients to support marketing plan and store sales and strike for the balance of storage cost and over stock

 Achieve COS at a pre-agreed budget level.

 Reduce the number of Product Quality Non-Conformance (PQNC) occurrences.

 Maintain consistent supply of Class 1, 2 and 3 products.
 Build talent and succession plans.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Procurement Management or related discipline

 Over 3 years of Procurement or Supply Chain Management experience, with 2 year at managerial level

 Familiar with restaurant store operations, and knowledge of the /SAP/ERP system

 High integrity, profound and thorough understanding of the supply chain operation

 Good understanding of the mechanism of market research and consumer behavior is also required

 Closely connected with suppliers, producers and traders of food, packaging material, and equipment

 Excellent command of both written and spoken English and the local language
