Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, reliable, and efficient Ruby code.
• Design robust, scalable and secure features.
• Final review of Ruby code submitted by the team.
• Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle to include architecture, design and development, user experience development, documentation, unit testing, delivery and maintenance.
• In the spirit of continuous improvement, suport the evaluation of implementation results, analyze problems, make recommendations, and implement plans for enhancement.
• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents, both for end users and applications.
• Interaction with account management personnel as well as help desk employees.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance of the system as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirements
• Hands on Experiences Ruby on Rails Programming
• Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development
• Strong interest in system developing, and ability of difficult problems solving
• Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
• Want to learn Japanese Language
• System development experience in IT field for 1-3 years

Optional Requirements
• It’s better having the Project Experience in Spring or Struts, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Good communication skill in English, and Japanese as a plus
