• Organizing the whole team to achieve.
• Manages team members in the day-to-day performance of work while providing leadership and coaching
• Directly report to Managing Director.
• Communicate with suppliers from multi-cultural countries
• Monitoring and managing supplier performance
• Generating and implementing purchasing strategies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Managing Director.
• To manage overall business development functions

Job Requirements

• Age between 30 ~ 40 years old
• Any Degree holder (Preferable MBA or background in trading is highly recommended)
• Must have engineering knowledge (Mechanical/Maritime/Aero/Electric)
• At least 5 years working experience in Trading with Management Level
• Strong leadership skills and management capabilities
• Must have common sense
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in Business English
• Able to woke under pressure
