Key Areas of Responsibility:  
 
1. Academic Training and recruitment - Be involved in the recruitment process to ensure the candidates meet the Kids&Us 
Myanmar requirements. - Following the training policy, train or supervise the Initial Training of teachers and 
interns.  - Work with L&D department to ensure the academic team does the Kids&Us Spain 
compulsory online training. - Schedule frequent refresher training for experienced teachers. - Train all new Kids&Us comers about the product. 
 
2. Academic quality control - Develop a deep understanding of the Kids&Us Method and act as an inspiring brand 
ambassador. - Create the yearly school academic calendar with the approval of the Country Head and 
determine the deadline for the different processes. - Assess the progress of the students and groups and report to the Head of 
Operations. - Ensure the good implementation of the Kids&Us Method by supporting and 
supervising the execution of all the Kids&Us Standards and processes. - Monitor the teachers’ performance and comply with the organization’s performance 
management policies. If needed, schedule extra training for the academic team. - Manage your trainer to support the delivery of the schools and address pedagogical 
doubts from the Academic delivery team.  
 
3. Communication and relation with Kids&Us Spanish Academic Team Management - Maintain regular and transparent communication with Kids&Us Spain - Read regularly the academic updates coming from Spain headquarters and ensure 
the implementation of the academic changes as soon as possible. - Send the MOS report to Spain when requested.  - Ensure Kids&Us Myanmar gets academically supported by Kids&Us Spain. 
 
4. Extra Kids&Us products and activities - Upon request participate in the organization and planning of Fun Weeks or other 
Kids&Us products. - Train the academic team and all stakeholders involved in newly developed Kids&Usproducts and deliveries. With the support of the Vietnam Activity Manager, conceptualize the Complementary activities. Ensure the expected quality of all the Kids&Us products and extra events.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies Required 
 

Education: Bachelor's degree in English philology or translation and interpretation 
 

Languages: Proficiency level in English (recommended Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE))  
 

Previous experience: minimum 6 years working experience in which 3 years in management level. Valued experience as a Kids and Us teacher or other appropriate teaching and coordinating experience 
 

Skills: Requires an organized person who is accustomed to managing teams of people.
