Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, including asset transfers and write-off transactions.
  • Prepare and record depreciation, fixed asset, and adjustment journal entries.
  • Reconcile monthly material usage reports with General Ledger records.
  • Review and maintain project, renovation, land, and other current asset records.
  • Verify petty cash replenishment requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily cash position reports and monthly budget reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
  • Carry out other accounting duties assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • LCCI Level III, ACCA Part I/II, or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, fixed asset management, and account reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
