Duties and Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients
Keep client data updated in CRM (contacts, opportunities, reports)
Understand client stakeholders; identify and mitigate risks
Ensure client satisfaction; manage claims and complaints
Share client info with Operations in a timely manner
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with experts to offer tailored solutions
Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Oversee smooth handover to internal teams
Recruit, train, and manage Account Executives
Ensure team efficiency and coverage
Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and client events
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
Stellar customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to identify solutions for the clients
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services
Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
Problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically
Must be excellent in written and verbal English and Burmese
