MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach (calls,

emails, social platforms).

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing customer objectives.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Maintain CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline progress.

• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and conferences when required.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

❖ Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

❖ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

❖ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

❖ Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce).

❖ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

❖ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

❖ Willingness to travel when necessary.

 

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

➢ Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital marketing strategies.

➢ Exceptional customer service skills

➢ Driver License (Optional and preferrable)
