Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Accountant to support accurate financial operations for a microfinance business in Yangon. The role involves daily cash and bank checks, accounting support, and close coordination with the team to ensure reliable reporting and smooth day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
● Perform daily cash and bank balance checks and ensure records are accurate.
● Support routine accounting entries, reconciliations, and finance documentation.
● Assist with preparing and reviewing basic financial records and reports.
● Maintain organized files and ensure timely updates of accounting information.
● Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies and support operations.
● Travel as needed to support work requirements and business activities.

Job Requirements

● LCCI Level III completed with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
● At least 1 year of relevant experience in microfinance or a related finance role.
● Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily accounting and reporting tasks.
● Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
● Able to travel when required by the job.
● Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling daily accounting tasks accurately.
