Responsibilities:

• Financial Statements: Managing and overseeing the daily activities of the finance department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Prepare Fixed Asset Master File for construction stage to assets and Ground FA taking and ensure that all the FA register are reconciled and accuracy.
• Managing and supervising daily accounts operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, business license, cash receipts, general ledger, etc.,
• Establish and manage accounting processes for tracking project costs, billings, and revenue recognition.
• Finding out any other risk areas which are related for system or data entry or operation matters accordingly
• Ensure compliance with local/International accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coaching and guidance of Finance team members for their development of Professional knowledge and business industry.
• Liaise with internal auditors and prepare necessary documents and schedules required for audit and tax purpose.
• Meet occasionally with related key persons from Head office to find new ways to improve operation and Management report. 
• Do any ad-hoc job-related report to management team (anytime).

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Generally 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or senior accountant role.

Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
