This position will be a direct report to the Chief Actuary. In this role, the Executive is expected to be provide support to the senior members of the team.

  • Support in performing actuarial valuation reporting e.g. valuation of policy liabilities and capital.
  • Support in performing actuarial experience analyses.
  • Support in product development project, including product filing and system implementation.  
  • Support Chief Actuary and senior members of the team on ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and who also enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Flexible, able to adapt and problem-solve when faced with uncertainties.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Burmese and English.
  • Good numerical and analytical abilities.
