  • Manage all administrative and operational matters related to the project site.
  • Supervise and assign duties to subordinates within the department.
  • Oversee staff accommodation, meals, drinking water, and daily living arrangements.
  • Establish and manage rules and regulations for the staff canteen.
  • Set and enforce rules for staff accommodation and dormitories.
  • Organize, allocate, and manage staff housing and room assignments.
  • Coordinate and manage the provision of computers, tables, chairs, and stationery for new staff.
  • Manage staff business travel and transportation arrangements.
  • Oversee the installation and management of phones and internet connections at the project site.
  • Supervise the management of the site’s water and electricity supply systems.
  • Plan and manage the routes and operations of vehicles, motorcycles, and motorboats used at the site.
  • Monitor and control the usage of fuel for vehicles, motorcycles, boats, water pumps, and generators.
  • Maintain and manage all fixed assets at the site, ensuring proper records and documentation.
  • Handle site-related financial matters—such as payments, job expenses, and advances—including request preparation and clearing processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • More prefer certificate related field.

 

years of experience

  • Require minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles with a proven track record of successful project completion.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Good English skills.
