* Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.

* Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.

* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

 * Supervise procurement of office supplies and equipment.
 * Oversee office and factory maintenance, security, and other support services.

 * Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
 * Ensure compliance with all organizational and legal regulations.

 * Prepare and submit required administrative and HR reports.
* Controlling and monitoring the motor vehicles by daily and overseeing vehicle insurance and license renewal plan management.

Job Requirements

  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial
  • Position.
    Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.
    Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
