  1. Preparation of Job Specifications required for Recruitment & Selection; Announcement of Agent, Media Internal, External recruitment; Selection of employee application forms in a systematic manner; Conducting an interview In order to be selected and appointed, supervision must be carried out.

  7. In order to continue appointing Internship/probationary employees as permanent employees, and to conduct Performance Evaluation before the expiration of the Employee Probation Review Form. Ensure to carry out screening and obtain approval in order to be appointed
  8. Managing the Job Descriptions of employees in various departments must be carried out in coordination with the relevant department in charge.
  9. Review and Check the daily attendance lists of employees according to various departments; To be able to complete it in a timely manner, management must be instructed
  10. Manage and supervise weekly Finger Print attendance must be downloaded and reported to various departments
  11. Manage and create the HR,Admin & Safety Department Duty assign and responbilities.
  12. Manage Overtime presentation of employees in various departments; overtime operation; Overtime approval request and overtime calculation to the Department of Labor weekly and Monthly basis.
  13. Manage to plan for ISO,FSSC,SGP, GAO, Plant Risk assesstment require documents and implement in department.
  14. Manage to prepare the department monthly report and report to senior Management on time.
  15. Manage to arrange activities to be carried out in connection with various government departments. Businesses that must request permission; The activities to be submitted must be supervised
  16. Must perform duties satisfactorily in the assigned job according to the project carried out by the department

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor Degree. related Advanced HRM Diploma preferred.
  2. Minimum (5) Years experiences in Senior Management fields.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar.
  4. Have Knowledge of relevant HR and Admin policies and procedures.
  5. Good knowledge of HR and Admin Strategy, Planning, analyzing, researching, surveying skill as international standard.
  6. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  7. Ability to advise department goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOP, JD, JS, organizational design for all department and employees level.
