๐Ÿ”น Monitor staff attendance and leave management.
๐Ÿ”น Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth daily operations.
๐Ÿ”น Handle travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements for employees, management, and guests.
๐Ÿ”น Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and staff events.
๐Ÿ”น Manage petty cash, bills, and expense records.
๐Ÿ”น Oversee office administration tasks and maintain proper documentation.
๐Ÿ”น Support HR Smart initiatives (staff engagement, team building, safety & care programs, vaccinations).

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
๐Ÿ”น Age: 20–28 years
๐Ÿ”น Bachelor’s Degree (Certificate/Diploma in HR Management preferred)
๐Ÿ”น Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR or Administration
๐Ÿ”น Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
๐Ÿ”น Strong communication and interpersonal skills
